TWOPU = The Women of Pader Uganda
The Bead Project is a brand by The Women of Pader Uganda, a 501c3 non-profit that exists to bring Hope, Healing, & Empowerment to women & children in Northern Uganda.
Hope provides the opportunity to dream. Many of our programs and projects are centered around providing hope and security to the vulnerable populations in Pader.
When hope sets in, healing can start to take place. Our community has faced decades of unthinkable tragedies and abuses. We have programs to tackle trauma that many of the women have endured.
Empowered women empower women. Through TWOPU's programs, like the Business Programs & Micro-loans, women are able to have opportunities where they are empowered and powerhouses in their families and community.
