Some of our designs are as old as our non-profit, since 2013. Other designs have been the product of our annual Fall collection drops and have stayed on due to high sell-through.

What is your return policy?

The Bead Project will happily accept returns of undamaged goods for any reason. Simply reach out to our team at hello@thebeadproject.com within 30 days of receiving your order to process an exchange or return and to get your return label. Products must be unused and in original packaging, if applicable. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the undamaged goods within 3-5 business days.
